CWIFR, SWFE, NWFR, & WhidbeyHealth EMS dispatched on a marine rescue for three kayakers in the water under high wind conditions. All three were rescued thanks to quick
work by Marine 31 (SWFE rescue boat) & civilian boaters in the area. All three were cold but uninjured. Please be mindful of conditions and wear appropriate protective clothing and
PFD.
