On Monday, April 6, at 7 p.m., the Gonzaga Bulldogs, featuring former Oak Harbor High School standout Noah Meffert, secured a 9-2 victory over the Washington Huskies in NCAA Division I baseball.
Husky Ballpark hosted the contest, which was the Bulldogs’ first meeting with the Huskies this season.
Meffert posted one hit in three at-bats, scored two runs, added two RBIs, drew two walks, and struck out once.
The Bulldogs are set to face the Huskies again on Tuesday, April 7, at Husky Ballpark.
