Consumer fireworks may only be lawfully used or discharged within the unincorporated areas of Island County during the following periods of time:
July 3 - 9am to 11pm
July 4 - 9am to 12am
July 5 - 9am to 11pm
Dec 31 - 6pm to 1am Jan 1
It is unlawful to use or discharge fireworks in island County at all other times.Be safe and have fun!
