In 2023 the annual Ways of Whales workshop will be a hybrid event, with the option to attend in-person or virtually. Hosted by Orca Network and the Langley Whale Center, the day will feature a keynote presentation from Dr. John Ford, a Southern Resident orca research panel, update on Lolita/Tokitae, a presentation on bowhead whales, and more! Enjoy educational displays, learn from experts, and take part in a silent auction. Register here to attend the in-person event at Coupeville High School Performing Arts Center or to receive your link to attend virtually. The cost is $40, or $30 for students and seniors. A limited number of full and partial scholarships will also be available, please contact cindy@orcanetwork.org about this option if the ticket price is prohibitive to your attendance. A delicious hot lunch is also available for an additional $20 and you can select your choice on the registration page. Find out more about this event and the Orca Network on Facebook.
